Water moves fast. Within 24 to 48 hours it soaks into drywall, flooring and insulation, and mold can start to grow. Getting water out and the structure dried quickly is what keeps a repair small.
We extract, dry and document every job to IICRC water-damage standards.
Water Damage We Handle
- Basement flooding and sewer backup
- Burst or frozen pipes, a common problem in a Saskatoon winter
- Spring runoff and groundwater seepage
- Leaking or failed water heaters, washing machines and dishwashers
- Roof and ice-dam leaks
- Water left behind after firefighting
Our Water Damage Restoration Process

- Assessment. We find the source, check how far the water has travelled with a moisture meter, and identify the type of water involved. Clean water from a supply line is handled very differently from sewer backup.
- Water removal. Extracting standing water and removing materials that cannot be saved, such as soaked carpet pad or contaminated drywall.
- Drying and dehumidification. Commercial dehumidifiers and air movement dry the structure, not just the surface.
- Monitoring. We take moisture readings throughout the job and document them, so we know the building is actually dry before anything is closed up.
- Cleaning and sanitizing. Especially important for sewer backup and other contaminated water, using HEPA air scrubbing and vacuuming where needed.
- Repairs. Coordinating the repairs needed to put your home back together.
Why Proper Drying Matters

Walls and floors can feel dry to the touch while still holding moisture inside. If they are closed up too early, that hidden moisture leads to warped floors, odours and mold weeks later. We dry to measurable standards and document it, which also helps your insurance claim.

Insurance Claim Support
We photograph the damage, record moisture readings and keep clear notes of the work, so your adjuster has what they need and your claim moves forward without delays.
